T3 Fitness

Trim, tone and tighten!

T3 Fitness, located on historic Broadway across from Dunkin Donuts, is Newport's Only Private Fitness Studio and 24 Hour Facility.

The owner and founder, Brian T. Rurak, is a lifetime Newport resident who holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Education/Health and a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology.

t3 fitness

Brian is also a certified personal trainer (CPT) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). In short, he knows his stuff when it comes to personal fitness training.

T3 is not your typical Newport fitness center. In addition to being the only 24-hour fitness center in Newport, it differentiates itself by the unique programs and information they offer, and their emphasis on having fun.

Although there is some bodybuilding equipment here, the main focus at T3 is teaching you exercises that you can use at home as well as in the gym.

You won't just be lifting weights or riding a stationary bike here. You'll be training your body to increase its efficiency, which will result in loss of body fat, more strength and endurance.

Rather than just training a few individual muscles, you'll be transforming your entire body.
