Wondering about a Pocketbook I purchased in Newport

This is the Metal Tag
I was in Newport April 6-7-8 2012. I purchased a Shoulder bag from a small shop and would like to see if I can purchase another, but do not plan on traveling to Newport in the Near Future.
I do not know which area I was. The purse has a metal Oval Shaped tag attached with the initials D & L (or Q)and the word vogue underneath.
I know I have not given you much to go on, however would greatly appreciate any insight you could provide.
