Discussion with Donald Dell

Donald Dell is a Hall of Famer and author who has represented Arthur Ashe and Michael Jordan. He'll be discussing his book, Never Make the First Offer and doing a book signing afterwards.

Dramatic Reading: The Great Gatsby

As you may or may not know, the Great Gatsby movie was actually filmed at Rosecliff. This evening will feature actors doing a staged reading.

22nd Annual Newport Winter Festival
Date: Feb 12 - Feb 21
Location: All over Newport
Time: Day and Night
This week-long festival featuring over 160 different events is a must-attend if you're in town during this week.

Tour the Colony House
Date: Feb 13
Location:
Colony House at Washington Square
Time: 11am-2pm
The Colony House will open it's 1st floor for tours, where you'll be able to see the original Gilbert Stuart portrait of George Washington, among other things.
Admission is free for Historical Society members, $5 per person, or $4 if you have a Newport Winter Festival button.
Wild & Scenic Environmental Film Fesitval
Date: Feb 13
Location: Jane Pickens Theatre
49 Touro Street
Time: 6pm-8pm
The largest in North America, the Wild & Scenic Environmental Film Fesitval will show some of this year's most popular short films over the weekend.
Admission is $10
Newport Bridal Show
Date: Feb 20
Location: Rosecliff and OceanCliff mansions
Time: 11:30am - 4:30pm
Registration Begins: 11am
Get some great ideas for your Newport RI wedding at The Newport Bridal Show, the biggest bridal event in the state, is a great event that is held yearly here.
This event will be your perfect opportunity to shop, plan and view the work of the area's best bridal professionals. There will be fashion shows featuring gowns, headpieces, flower girl dresses and much more.
